Nick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before attending the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
During law school, he gained valuable experience as an intern for United States District Judge Clark Waddoups and worked in the appellate division of the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association.
After graduating, Nick began his career as a Research and Writing Specialist before serving as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in the Southern District of Texas. He later returned to Utah to clerk for Judge Waddoups. Following his clerkship, he practiced at an Am Law 200 firm and subsequently at a highly regarded boutique litigation and employment firm in Salt Lake City.
Nick is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Texas.
